Anisha is an Inclusive Dance and Zumba Instructor and works within the Mental Health sector. She shares her experiences of living with Ulcerative Colitis since 2008 and subsequently developing PTSD, following a traumatic road traffic accident in 2011. In this episode, she talks about how collaborative healthcare, self-empowerment and providing support to people with disabilities and long term health conditions, has played a pivotal role in managing her physical and mental wellbeing.
